this is a book purchased for a health care course. It does a really good job explaining the ins and outs of health care finance and the practice questions at the end of each chapter really reinforce the material.
The book itself was perfectly fine, it was required for one of my classes. It was in good condition. As far as the context within the book, it was very straight forward and extremely dry. After the 5/6 chapter I found myself having to remind myself to focus. Learned a lot though.
I purchased a used textbook listed as being in “good†condition. What I received was a book in well-worn, fair condition. The outside is dirty and repaired with tape and the inside binding is cracked in several places with the stitching exposed. Not a good value for the money. Disappointed.
My book is really gross. There are boogers and hairs on the pages and I feel like I should constantly be washing my hands during and after I use it. I understand it’s a rental and that’s what I’m paying for, but I just can’t help being grossed out.
